Mediterranean Barbeque
Influenced by traditional Mediterranean cuisine, Olive oil is a key part of the Mediterranean barbecue style, as it is in the region's cuisine. Chicken, shish tawook, Meditation prawns and lamb Kibbeh and veggies including Zucchini eggplant with pita bread, and may be grilled, baked, or both. In addition, some dishes combine grilling with braising for more variety. Accompaniments are garnished with various herbs and spices; several variations are often put on top of the meat like lemon, hummus, olives, cucumber and olive oil.

Italian Barbeque
Italian barbeque is a fusion of assorted chicken breast marinated with herbs and barbecued prawns with Sicilian butter garlic crustaceans and tuna with Genovese style grilled fish combined with vegetables such as corn on cob, baby potato, broccoli, mushroom and sweet potato. Served with freshly baked Foccasia, Ciabatta and Paninis, authentic varieties of Italian breads relish the aromas of the marinated seasonings that add the spectacular to this sumptuous meal.
