While a hot pot full of flavored broth is kept simmering, raw ingredients are placed into the pot of soup stock at the dining table, containing a variety of East Asian foodstuffs and ingredients. It is an Asian delicacy which resembles community meal , all the raw ingredients placed beside the metal pot, so that everyone can collectively as a community can add their choices of meat, vegetables, noodles, accompaniments and dimsums and cook whatever they like in the broth.
